SPECIAL OFFERS AND MEAL RATES
• Early bird offer: for bookings received up to 60 days prior to arrival date, we will be pleased to offer as following: O Every booking of a minimum of 3 nights stay from a city view room will receive a complimentary 15-minute head and shoulders massage for 1 voucher per person & soft drink at Lantern Rooftop Bar for 1 voucher per person to use during the stay. O Every booking of a minimum of 2 nights stay from a city view room will receive a soft drink at Lantern Rooftop Bar for 1 voucher per person to use during the stay.
• Breakfast: included in the room rate. Additional breakfast will be charged USD 15+ per person
• Lunch: set menu lunch options at USD 13 per person per meal
• Dinner: set menu dinner options at USD 18 per person per meal

• Above rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charges and are valid for FIT bookings only.
• Above rates are valid for in-house and external guests.
• GIT meal plans and rates will be tailored based on the group size and needs.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
• The company shall direct all reservations to our reservations team at reservations@baitonghotel.asia
• Reservations shall be sent in writing to the Hotel email address above, and each inquiry can be considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from the hotel.
• A rooming list detailing the guest’s name(s), arrival and departure dates, types of rooms required, and arrival times shall be provided to the Hotel 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• Any changes to this list must be made in writing. Any reservation or change to the rooming list received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. However, the Hotel will make maximum effort to provide accommodation on last lastminute basis.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Standard hotel check-in time starts at 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
• Baitong Hotel & Resort will make every effort to accommodate early check-in requests, strictly at the discretion of Baitong Hotel & Resort’s management and subject to availability.
• Guests are advised to notify Baitong Hotel of such requests prior to arrival

LATE CHECK-OUT FEE
• Extension of check-out time until 6:00 p.m. is subject to room availability and will be charged 50% of the room rate based on contract rates.
• Check-out after 6:00 p.m. is subject to 100% of the room rate based on contract rates TAXES & SERVICE CHARGE • Room rates indicated are inclusive of 10% value-added tax (VAT), 2% accommodation tax & 5% service charge

CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT AND NO-SHOW CHARGE
NUMBER OF ROOMS MINIMUM NOTICE CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT NO SHOW 1-6 3 days prior to arrival Charged 1 night of total rooms canceled On arrival without period notice will full night charge.

For bookings of 1-6 rooms: o If cancelled at least 3 days before the arrival, no fee will be charged. o If cancelled less than 3 days before the arrival, 1 night of total rooms cancelled will be charged. o In case of any room amendment and reduction of nights, during the stay, after checking in, a full charge will be applied. o If you are a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. If the guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the confirmed date, the hotel shall charge a “No Show” fee equivalent to the full length of stay. Room(s) reservation(s) for subsequent night(s) will be released for resale. CHILDREN POLICY • Baby cot for children under 3 years old is free of charge (subject to availability) • Children under 5 years of age: complimentary stay up to two children per room using existing bed. • Children 5-11 years old: accommodation in existing beds with daily breakfast up to a maximum of 2 children per room at USD 10 per child will be charged. • Children above 12 years old will be considered as adults 

EXTRA BEDDING & EXTRA PERSON
• Conditions will apply for an additional person and extra bedding requirements.
• At Baitong hotel, a maximum of 2 people is allowed to stay in a king-bed or twinbed room
• Please kindly be advised that an extra bed is strictly not permissible for the Standard Twin-bed and Superior City View Twin-bed rooms.
• Request for an extra bed for a third occupant is chargeable from USD 20 per night including breakfast. Extra beds need to be booked in advance, at the time of booking. Please check for availability
• The charges applied will automatically be included upon selection of more than 2 adults to account on booking reservation. 

DEPOSIT POLICY
• A 50% deposit from total expenses of accommodation and food and beverage (including tax and service charge) is required at the time of confirmation. The deposit can be made in the form of Cash, Credit Card, or Bank transfer.
• In case of cancellation, the above deposit refund will follow the conditions mentioned under the confirmation/cancellation of the Room Block and Reservation Policy

PAYMENT TERM
• Unless a prior credit arrangement has been made with Baitong Hotel & Resort, we require FULL PRE-PAYMENT for all bookings at least 3 days prior to arrival for 6 rooms and below, and 14 days prior to arrival for 7 rooms and above.
• Accommodations not guaranteed by full pre-payment may be subject to cancellation by the Hotel.

CREDIT CARD AND CASH PAYMENT
• The Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards, and cash in US Dollars and Khmer Riels
• American Express is not accepted.
• Exchange rates are applicable at the time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay
